Commercial & Industrial Metal Roof Restoration and Coatings

As a commercial or industrial building owner in Texas, you realize that a leaking, rusted, or damaged roof is costly to keep patching and/or repairing.

Tear-off and replacement is expensive, wasteful, and leaves you with the same type of roof you are having difficulty with now. New metal roofs are riddled with seams and fasteners which are built-in entry points for water, ice, and air infiltration. Membranes and other roofing structures are immediately vulnerable to tears and cracks.

Budget Fence N Deck uses Conklin's Metal Roof System (MR) which starts at the root of your problem. We neutralize the rust, essentially eliminate all of your screws, seams, and protrusions with our fabric and coating techniques. Then we seal your entire roof with Conklin's Polyurethane Modified Acrylic Coating (PUMA XL). This leaves you with a totally seamless roof system that carries an 18-YEAR NON PRORATED WARRANTY. Giving you a green energy efficient roof that willl save you money!    (Other roof options available in a wide variety of colors and warranty terms.)

This is a complete waterproofing system for metal roofs. It stops leaks, inhibits rust, and provides and energy-efficient, long-lasting, attractive finish coat which will extend the life of your roof for years. During the restoration process, the entire roof is cleaned with Rust Off and then primed with Conklin's rust inhibiting primer called Metal Ready Universal. Once the seams and fasteners have been reinforced the entire roof is coated with a highly reflective coat.

What can this system do for you?

  • Stop leaks at seams where they most occur

  • Extend the life of your roof

  • Overcome metal design flaws

  • Reduce air conditioning costs

Prevents Roof Leaks

The Conklin MR System (TM) protects your metal roof from the elements with a highly durable, seamless membrane. Stops leaks where they occur most by sealing all seams, fasteners and penetrations with a combination of the best acrylic elastomeric coatings on the market strengthened with fabric reinforcement. This ensures that the elements can't get to your most valuable items.

Extend the life of your Roof

Conklin MR Systems offer additional benefits beyond stopping leaks and inhibiting rust. Conklin highly reflective roof coatings reduce the destructive thermal shock experienced by metal roofs during extreme fluctuations in temperature. This minimizes the amount of expansion and contraction experienced by the roof and greatly increases its useable life.

Save Money by Saving Energy on Heating and Cooling Costs

The highly reflective coating also provides significant energy savings. By reflecting up to 85 percent of the sun's ultraviolet energy rather than absorbing it in the form of heat, drastically reduce cooling costs. The benefit can be felt in a cooler living or workspace and in your pocketbook.

We provide three exceptional roof coatings which are designed to meet the needs of your particular project.

  • Benchmark Conklin's premier coating offers the ultimate in flexibility and strength.

  • Rapid Roof III, the workhorse of the Conklin line.

  • Rapid Roof HV, the economical alternative, delivering Conklin quality without the costly code approvals and fire ratings.

Affordable Quality

This roofing system is designed to provide long term performance at a fraction of the cost of metal replacement. Additionally, there are financial benefits to metal roof restoration systems. Metal roof restoration can be expensed as a repair or maintenance cost while roof replacement must be capitalized.

Light Roofs, Bright Ideas

Utilizing these products on a roof, you can lower roof surface temperatures by 15 to 30 percent and decrease the amount of heat transferred into the building's interior, thus reducing cooling costs and reducing air pollution.
